Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Your privacy matters. This policy explains clearly what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We do not sell your data. Ever.

1. Who We Are

The Amanah Projects is operated by Numera Younus. We offer the Tarbiyah al-Nabī parenting programme, 1:1 coaching, and related resources for Muslim families.

If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at: hello@theamanahprojects.com

2. What Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide our services:

  • Name and email address — when you sign up for the Self-Audit, book a call, or join the programme.
  • Self-Audit responses — your answers to the diagnostic questions, stored locally in your browser and optionally submitted to us.
  • Booking information — when you schedule a call via Calendly, their privacy policy applies to that data.
  • Usage data — anonymous analytics (pages visited, time on site) via standard web analytics, with no personal identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver the programme content and resources you enrolled for.
  • To send you relevant updates, session reminders, and programme materials.
  • To follow up after a discovery call or Self-Audit submission.
  • To improve the programme based on aggregated feedback.

We will never use your information for unrelated marketing or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable under data protection law (including GDPR), we process your data on the following bases:

  • Contract — to fulfil our obligations when you enrol in a programme or service.
  • Legitimate interests — to communicate relevant information about our services.
  • Consent — for any marketing communications beyond what you directly signed up for, which you may withdraw at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party tools:

  • Calendly — for scheduling discovery calls. Their privacy policy governs data collected during booking.
  • Google Fonts — loaded on page load. No personal data is sent.
  • Zoom — for live sessions. Their privacy policy applies to session data.
  • Email service provider — we use a secure provider to send emails. Your email is stored with them solely for that purpose.

6. Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. If you request deletion of your data, we will action this within 30 days unless legal obligations require us to retain it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting lawfulness of prior processing).
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@theamanahprojects.com.

8. Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies — only what is essential for the site to function and basic anonymous analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting core site functionality.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
