The Amanah Projects is operated by Numera Younus ("we", "us", "our"). We provide the Tarbiyah al-Nabī parenting programme, 1:1 coaching, free resources including the Prophetic Parenting Self-Audit, and related educational content for Muslim families.

2. Use of This Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

3. Programme Enrolment

When you enrol in Tarbiyah al-Nabī or book a coaching session, you agree to the following:

• Payment: Full payment (or agreed instalment plan) is required to confirm your place.
• Cohort size: Places are limited. Enrolment is confirmed on receipt of payment.
• Attendance: Sessions are live via Zoom. Recordings may be made available at our discretion.
• Your commitment: The programme delivers results proportional to your engagement. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in enrolling. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Within 48 hours of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked.
• Before the first session: 50% refund.
• After the first session: No refund, as significant content has been delivered.
• 1:1 Coaching: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including programme materials, course content, the Self-Audit tool, written frameworks, graphics, and videos — is the intellectual property of The Amanah Projects and Numera Younus.

You may not reproduce, share, resell, or adapt any materials without explicit written permission. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. This includes not sharing login credentials, programme recordings, or materials with others outside your enrolment.

6. Disclaimer

The Amanah Projects provides educational and coaching content. We are not providing psychological therapy, clinical counselling, or medical advice. Our content is informed by developmental psychology and classical Islamic scholarship, but it does not replace professional mental health support.

If you or your child are experiencing significant mental health difficulties, please seek appropriate professional help.

Results from the programme vary and depend on individual circumstances, commitment, and application. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Amanah Projects and Numera Younus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or participation in our programmes. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.
